BraZen Recognised For Being “Best By Design”

It is always very gratifying when one is recognised for one’s hard work by others – though we are trying hard not to gloat we do not want to show false modesty given the recent positive feedback to our 2015 product launches!

A quick trawl of the Internet on the likes or customer feedback websites such as and or industry websites such as or online retailers such as will highlight how BraZen gaming chairs are being recognised as the best value for money and best performing sound chairs currently available on the UK market.

That makes us very proud!

2015 got off to a great start when Channel Five’s The Gadget Show showcased the BraZen Stag 2.1 Surround Sound Gaming Chair and the BraZen Spirit 2.1 Bluetooth Surround Sound Gaming Chair. See photographs below showing Ottis and Jason enjoying our chairs.



All of the BraZen Gaming Chairs by design come with audio cables which allow you to connect either directly or indirectly to all games consoles – including PS4 and Xbox One. Probably the thing that makes us feel most proud is that we are recognised as having a level of customer service which beats the competition in the fiercely competitive gaming chair sector. Not only does the industry generally acknowledge that due to the tight controls we exercise over our manufacturing processes we have the lowest returns rate of any operator in the market place. At the time of writing this article our manufacturing fault return rate is less than 0.1% when compared to an overall industry norm in 2014 of over 4%. Hence when customers buy a BraZen gaming chair they can be very confident that it will work. However, on occasions things do go wrong – they are the incidents that people always write about -sometimes fairly and sometimes less so. We are glad to be judged on how we deal with matters when things do go wrong – whilst we’re always careful not to be scammed we are aware that the majority of our customers are honest and we do our best to address their issues fairly to their satisfaction – and our feedback suggests that we are doing this successfully.
